Gents we have not been able to run the plant since Monday because River CFS 7 day moving average is less than 350. Unfortunately we can’t wait any longer to discharge to the river, lagoon levels are at 12’. Rain is not forcast until next Wednesday but even then it’s 40% chance, and we have a unknown basin drainage wait until the river comes up. We need to get permission from DEQ to go to the Molalla River.
