Attachments: Winter BOD5.docx; Gents, when you have a moment, please review the first lab procedure attached. I’ll pass all these along for review as I write them – by all means make them your own by telling me what is/is-not useful to you. We should get them right now so that we can use them to train our new employees coming on staff soon. -All these procedures will go in the O&M manual (I’ll do that) -All work will be done according to procedures (which is no big deal because you guys get to write them with me!) -Any deviation from procedures is a signal to us to question what we are doing and either update the procedures, or learn what we are doing wrong. I will also be adding an new index to the O&M manual with information on SCADA, Computers, and automation. This will have all the passwords, trouble shooting steps, etc. That way scada is not a secret to anyone ever again. Thanks for all your help this week, everyone is clearly doing their best.
