Attached are the IDEXX water quality samples for the comparison of the Molalla River and the WWTP effluent for the month of October.
Molalla River
Total Coliform- 1986.3 organisms
E. Coli- 3.0 organisms
WWTP Effluent
Total Coliform- <1
E. Coli- 0
I have also conducted TSS testing of the Molalla River and WWTP effluent. The results are listed below:
Molalla River- collected from Feyrer Park: 0.4 mg/L
WWTP Effluent- collected from irrigation field: 2.375 mg/L
At this time, it would be assumed that the Molalla River has low TSS results due to the dry fall month that we have been experiencing. I will continue to monitor any changes that may occur later this month. Also, continuous testing will be performed for the following month.
