Subject: WWTP Irrigation Season Look Ahead

Importance: Normal

Andy,

Now that we have the Recycled Water Reuse Plan into DEQ for review we need to start thinking ahead about what needs to be done with the upcoming irrigation season. We have time so this is not a today thing to work on. One of the concerns that was brought up in the past is irrigation water creating ponding. Going forward we need to create a report with pictures showing ponding prior to irrigation, where it is at, and the extent. Prior to irrigating in those areas we need to have an update to the report with pictures showing no ponding before we can irrigate. Document, document, document. That way if DEQ get a call that we are irrigating and causing ponding we have backup documentation stating the contrary. Thanks Andy and lets work up a protocol with a template we can use to help the operators quickly generate the reports we need. Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,
