Yeah, for now we’ll run a 2x4 across the roof supports, drill a hole for an eye bolt to hold the hoist and some chain to attach to the plate. We can leave it hanging or just connect the hoist when needed. Keep it low cost as the plate is aluminum but the hoist will prevent injuries.

Do we want to get a cherry picker or set up a rail across the headworks that we can move the hoist back and forth? What is your estimate of the cost for the hoist. Let me know what they have at Napa. Thanks.
