Hello Brian,
My name is Jason Clifford and I am the lead wastewater operator for the City of Molalla. After discussion with my Public Works Director, Gerald Fisher, I will begin discharging to the Molalla River beginning tomorrow. This is the official notice per the Molalla/Canby agreement.
