Hello Gerald. Just this morning Pat Heins found the annual biosolids report envelope in a pile of mail, sitting in our Headquarters in-box. While the report itself was addressed correctly to me, the outside of the envelope simply had “DEQ/NWR” on it, with no person’s name indicated. This resulted in delaying our review. In the future, for any such annual reports that you send as hard copy, please make sure the outside of the envelope has my name on it. Also, I have no record that we received your annual recycled water use report for 2016. Please get that to me ASAP as it was due on 1/31/17. Thank you. David Cole, R.G.
