Dave,

Due to the continuing wet weather after our effluent discharge to the Molalla River ended, our lagoon levels are reaching design capacity. Coleman Ranch, where the WWTP is required to discharge treated effluent May 1st to October 31st , is not in a position to accept more water. Attached are some pictures that were taken on May 17 showing standing water on the North and South sides of Feyrer Park Road. As a result of these conditions, the WWTP will begin discharging to the Molalla River on Monday May 22, 2017 to reduce lagoon levels and give Coleman Ranch time to accept treated effluent. The WWTP will follow river discharge requirements outlined in the DMR until such time the WWTP can irrigate. If you have any questions, please contact me at 503-793-5283.

Regards,

Jason Clifford
