Hi Jason,

The Council didn’t have any problem with the purchase but wanted some more information and tabled the item until the first meeting in June. They would like to have the quote information include information about the warrantee for the equipment. Please have Ernst send me as much info as possible related to warrantee, maintenance, etc. and I will take back to them for approval on June 14^th. Also, I need to know what other quotes you requested in a three bid process or if there are a limited number for local suppliers. See attached packet the last time we purchased the big gun.

I am certain they will approve once they have the additional information.
