Hello Gerald. After reviewing your response to my WLOTC, I looked again at the Dec. 2016 DMR and discovered that in my initial review I inadvertently neglected to include the 12/1/16 TSS loading value of 141 lbs. When I included this in my revised calculations, I came up with what Jason reported, in other words a total of 1,834 lbs., and dividing that by 9 data points yields an arithmetic average of 204 lbs., which was reported correctly on the DMR. I have revised the WLOTC to remove the language around the monthly average violation.

The weekly average violations stated in the WLOTC remain valid. Also, the violation for maximum daily value exceedance is still valid.

You should receive the revised WLOTC in a few days.
