Hi David,

There is sewage odor and foam floating in the ditch that runs on the south side of Lowe Road, behind Stone Place 3. See attached plan sheet. It appears to be coming from the east of the Stone Place site and the contractor said they traced it up to the far end of the ditch to the east. Our Maintenance Division folks are investigating to see if someone has pumped a septic tank into the creek or if a septic hauler did an illegal dump. The properties to the south of Lowe Road are in the County. The properties to the north and east are in the City. Will let you know what we find out or if it is flowing in from drainage out in the County. Thanks.
