Subject: In water work for the City of Molalla

Anita Huffman,

I spoke with you a couple weeks ago about our need to move rocks from our intake on the Molalla River. The high river levels from the last December rainfall buried our Intake screens for our Drinking Water Plant. As a result we were having difficulty getting the Molalla River water into our pump station. I wanted to send you this email to inform you that we moved the river rock that was covering our intake screens. No rocks were removed from the River. We started the work on 07/18/2016 and the work was completed by 4:00pm on that same day. No equipment was placed in the river and the work was done from the bank. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Regards,

Ryan Hepler
