Talked to Dan. Told him to get with the supplier and get the correct unit asap. Also, told him to tell the supplier I expect the costs of temporarily cooling the area covered by the supplier since it was their screw-up. Dan is going to get back to me as soon as he’s done talking to the supplier.

Gerald,

I called my electrician out today because Wilgus was having issues with power to the unit. They installed the wrong size heat pump; 208-230. Electrical is rated for 480v. We have two options: install a stepdown transformer and disconnect switch or reorder the right size heat pump. Transformer’s gonna cost around $3,000. Dan should be giving you a call shortly about the heat pump.

Thanks,

Jason
