Dave,

Received a call from a citizen this afternoon, explaining that there may be an illegal dumping going on in Bear Creek. The location is across the road from 13235 Lowe Road SE. I printed a google maps location and took some pictures. There is a slight smell of raw sewage. I asked the citizen if he knew who was doing it and he stated he didn’t know or see anyone dumping, but that it may have been going on for some time. He also stated that he contacted Clackamas County some months ago concerning this issue. See the attached photos. We can discuss more on Monday if you would like. I will email the police chief and request he send an officer out there occasionally to monitor that location.
