Attachments: ReviewMolalIaLagoonLeakageTestReport.pdf; Attached is their letter. Essentially they are pushing monitoring wells using data that is irrelevant. The nitrates increase the farther you get away from the treatment plant and there is no discussion about properties surrounding the treatment plant using their ground to raise livestock or using fertilizers for crops. Dyer is looking at the additional data we took to see if it helps and we may possibly look at topoing our lagoons to get an accurate surface area. More to come.
