Tina - we happened to meet with Jennifer earlier today and the topic of reviewing the developed ERP came up. At this point Jennifer suggested that she didn’t think that was a necessary step. On a related note, Medford did send me files that together form the basis for their sanitary sewer overflow plan. I’m attaching all the files, which when combined, comprise their document.
Jennifer – for your information, I am also attaching the LOTT example we discussed today that we had previously sent to Tina. I think these documents will serve as good examples for your consideration.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. As we discussed, I’ll be on vacation essentially for the rest of this week.

I was able to locate a previous ERP completed by engineers in our Olympia and Seattle offices for the LOTT (Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater) sewer district. Hopefully this will help with review of the Molalla ERP.
