Hi Gerald,

What Dick's saying doesn't affect our biosolids program. We only use their

tankers. We have our own sites.

Thanks,

Jason

Hi Jason,

Please see attached PDF letter from Heard Farms. Sounds like DEQ has put a

wrinkle in their operations and since last summer was the end of their

contract and we have to go out with an advertisement for proposals. I

don't know the situation they are in but it may be a compliance issue with

their ponds and we have to be prepared that they will not be able to

provide services to us if DEQ shuts them down. I have no objection to you

submitting a letter based on your experience with them if you chose to do

so.

Attached is a new invitation to bid I started last night. The word doc has

track changes on so please review, edit as necessary, and email back to

me. We can discuss the advertising and bid opening dates at our next staff

meeting on Wednesday, March 8. Thanks.

Regards,
