Morning Jason,
I need you to call David Cole at DEQ, explain what has happened, and ask if we can apply beyond the 22nd. Follow it up with a written request on City letterhead sent by email and CC me. I want an authorization back from DEQ in writing. If we don’t get it then we will be out of compliance with our consent decree and the attorney’s will want to know why. This will be another hit to the City. Do what you can to convince David that a slight shift in the calendar is OK and keep me posted ever step of the way. Thanks.

Was looking at the calendar and 9/22 is the last day of summer. We are allowed summer land application only. Due to Heard cancellation, we would be in fall. Good idea to call DEQ and see if we can still land apply next week.

Got a call from Heard Farms this morning. Had problems with drivers showing up to work and trucks broke down. Rescheduled for 9/26. Been trying to call Puiser but his phone’s been busy all day. The extra media showed up this morning as well.
