Hello Jennifer. This e-mail follows up my voice mail message from earlier this morning regarding SSO reports to help you prepare the inflow removal plan. While I was able to figure out how to fully access our internal electronic SSO repository, it appears the documents in the database are only for our Western Region sources. Molalla is a Northwest Region (NWR) source, so there are no SSO report documents in the electronic repository.

I took this task a step further and reviewed all documents in our hard copy correspondence file, back to January 2006, and saw no SSO reports, either the OERS forms, or the DEQ 5-day report forms.

While I found permit limit exceedances summaries, none referenced any SSO events.

Sorry, but that’s about the best I can do at this time.

At our next section meeting I intend to raise the issue of using our SSO repository for tracking SSOs in NWR.
