On a side note, they won’t let us drop the conservation kit thing so we can buy some low cost stuff and make it available on a first come first serve basis. It’s a waste of ratepayer money but that is what the state wants.

Thanks Andy. I have the water code done and am waiting for SDC and rates to go thru before we enact it. Not sure if they will want to change anything and that may affect the draft code I have. I pretty sure that we will have enough $ to do the waterlines on the list as well as any high priority ones that come from leak detection.

Gerald, understood. We’ve gone through this as requested, and everything is programmed in and/or in progress, as described in the sheet attached. The only ones we didn’t touch were the Code Rewrites for “Technical and Financial Assistance”, and the design of the CIP which can’t happen until after the Leak Detection Survey. And the Rate Study update we already know you are handling, so it’s marked “in progress…”. A PO for that Leak survey is on it’s way to you for signature.
