Subject: Water Waste at Stoneplace

Hi There,

I would love to talk to you about the water waste at Stoneplace, I have pictures and I can tell you guys about a couple of yards to walk through that are excessively watered. Last night I walked through the grass behind my building at 8PM and the grass was still wet from the watering the night before. in some spots the grass is so wet you can actually push trees over, sink into the mud or slip across the grass. As a tenant we have complained over the years and they never fix it because they just charge us for their water consumption. attached are several pictures my husband took this morning at 4 am through out the parking lot. their sprinklers literally go off in different areas of the complex starting at around 10 PM and some of them will run for about 4 hours. if you need more information I am happy to do what I can to help this problem needs to be remediedimage
