Thanks for the update and yes we are anticipating a low water season. Just adopted the Water Management, Conservation, Water System Master Plan. Next step is to adopt the updated water code but there is language in there right now that will allow us to implement the stages of water conservation if we need to do that.

We visited the Trout Creek gage yesterday to make a flow measurement and perform service on the equipment. Everything is working properly, and the website is displaying the correct flow (within about 5-10%) of actual flow.
