I notified the guy from Black Storm (Ryan Sauvageau) that as long as we have the code to the gate, the gate works, and there are no issues then it can remain. If there are issues and the owners of the gate fail to maintain it or take responsibility for the gate, then we will need to work with Weyerhaeuser for removal of the gate. It told the guy from Blackrock that if we have issues with them and the gate then the gate would come out. That would of course start with attorney notification to him. Here is his contact information and he is the responsible party. See also attached email. I don’t believe the City is in possession of this agreement? Can we please take the steps necessary to protect this document? It offers us right of first refusal to purchase that road to the Water Treatment Plant. I don’t know how Warehouser got it without the City being allowed to execute that right. This all came up because the little gate the local residents installed came down on Adam’s truck and cracked the windshield.
