Folks, this document turned up while working on an issues this week. I don’t believe the City is in possession of this agreement? Can we please take the steps necessary to protect this document? It offers us right of first refusal to purchase that road to the Water Treatment Plant. I don’t know how Warehouser got it without the City being allowed to execute that right.
This all came up because the little gate the local residents installed came down on Adam’s truck and cracked the windshield.
