Hi Karl,

We received a complaint that your apartment complex is overwatering the landscaping so that it is running across the pavement and sidewalks. See attached. Apparently the ground is soft due to overwatering. Please contact your property manager and change the irrigation right away. Your property address is an even number so they can only water for a limited amount of time on even numbered days under our Curtailment plan and watering outside of those dates is prohibited.

Thanks for taking care of this and you will likely see lower water bills once the irrigation system is corrected.
