This permit goes with an emergency permit granted by DSL on which the City entered the water way on June 4, 2021 to protect the intake from unseasonably low flows. The City will send hard copies along with checks for the application fees Will you please confirm your agency’s current fee amounts? The link in the form to fee schedules is broken (404 error), so the only one I know is DEQs fee listed, $985. Confirm? I can then issue POs and begin that process. Michael, DSL’s hard copy will be sent in the mail this week.
