Clint is out at the WTP site today and just sent this info along. Not an area where the contractor has done any work so probably an existing issue that they came across.

Ryan,

The electrical contractor just brought to my attention a leak in the roof in the chemical room. Apparently there is a pool of water in the insulation and when the contractor touched it some water dripped out of the brown spot. Here is a photo.
