Please see email below. I know you are new to our account, but this has been an ongoing issue for reliable power to our Water Treatment Plant since before I arrived at the City of Molalla. I have included Daniel and Andrew in the email because I also discussed this with them when they were in your position. Feel free to chat with them on what has been done on PGE’s end in the past. We continue to spend money on electricians and have had to spend money on equipment replacement and SCADA contractors due to damage to our systems.. This issue has not been resolved by PGE so I am now forced to back charge PGE for all costs going forward until this issue is permanently addressed. I will send our invoice to you once we have paid our contractors. Thank you and let me know if you have any questions.

Subject: Phase fail alarm at the WTP
Gerald,
We spoke a little at our meeting about a Power phase alarm that we have been troubleshooting. We have verified that our SCADA system is working properly and yesterday our electrician adjusted our Power Fail Relay in attempt to correct an alarm we are getting for a “Phase fail alarm”. Today the plant called out for a power phase fail again. Our next step is to have PGE come out and check the power at the transformer to confirm that all 3 phases of power are at the acceptable range. You had mentioned that you have contact info for a PGE rep , if you want to pass that contact info along to me I can request a visit from one of the Utility Workers to check the power unless you wish to contact them yourself as you mentioned. Let me know how you want to proceed.
