Dan, here are the quotes that go with that PO the system just sent you. The Announcement letter attached explains the situation: obsolete equipment that will still work for now, but can’t be replaced on an ongoing basis. They are moving us to the next technology iteration. I think this has been expected for a long time, Adam and I we’ve worked with them to minimize the cost. I’m pretty sure the Water Materials and Services budget bottom line can take this, and getting the bill now will save us the expense in next year’s budget.

Thanks for the call guys… I cleaned up the quote. One has the remote antenna on it, and one doesn’t. You will need the antenna when you buy the new radios, but not before. Use which ever is your preference for what you want to order at this time.
