Jake, please find again the attached credit app for the City of Molalla, which I submitted on Dec 7th and was rejected for. We just can’t give out our bank account information, Employee social security numbers, or favor one business over another by citing one as a credit reference for the Municipality of Molalla. I’m really hoping we can make this work and get the transfer switch out our water plant functioning! Please let me know as soon as possible what I need to do. My public works director is now involved which is uncomfortable for the likes of me!!

Jake, my finance office just has blank stares for me because of all the second page section asking for “Non-Secured Suppliers, a minimum of 4 are necessary”. I think the form assumes we are a private business? In any case, here is the Credit App filled out and signed as best I can. Afternoon,
After speaking with my Tech he has found the issue to be with a control card. There are 3 cards; one is voltage, one is utility, and one is gen. As you can see from the picture the one on the right is your gen card and it is not lit. Mike said if he held it there it would work, but once he let go it would not. So the issue is either the board or the connection. I will check with my parts department and come up with a new estimate to send for your approval.
