Attachments: image001.png; Hi Andy, Requires design and approvals from the drinking water program. We can’t enter into any new design contract with Dyer per City Council direction. We have to go out and advertise for an On-call Engineering Services contract, select the firm, and then do a scope and fee contract. This project was supposed to be wrapped up into the 2MG upgrade so that we could do chemical feed, telemetry, and new plant as one package. All he can do is a project to replace existing with in-kind which will be a throw away in the future. He can replace the lines as-is an interim measure since it would be considered maintenance but the tanks is a bigger matter. Is this project something we can launch? I’m sure Ryan and I could manage it, and Quigley says we have some bid docs of some kind.
