Jeff, if you are going to replace an assembly entirely then you would need a Clackamas County pluming permit. If you are going to repair one, like with a repair kit to change out the guts, you do not need a permit or plumber. Any of our crew members can do it, and Rich can sign off on their work with a test.

Andy,
Tester certification only allows us to test. Need either a plumber or landscape certification to repair the assemblies.

Jeff, Rich is certified to test. I think Jake is also but he’s off limits I suppose!

Andy,
Hey, forgot to include info for the other backflow assembly that needs repair- the assembly at Sheets Field failed to hold pressure on the #1 check so I am scheduling to get that one repaired the same time as the one at city hall. Again, when I hear back from Oregon Backflow I’ll let you know a timeframe.
Thanks,
Jeff
