Attachments: example of decision making protocols for under certified operators..pdf; Gents, it’s possible Ryan already coordinated with some of you on this, but to make it official: until 5/5/18, if you are holding the duty page for the day, will you please check in on the WTP? If Both Ryan and Jeff are out you will need to do the daily rounds up there, and also if they are both unavailable on the weekend. This will help out a lot. The Leave System should be accurate, you can check that. But also Ryan may be out on Jury Duty M/W/Fs until early May. Thanks, let me know if there are any questions or concerns. I have attached a copy of one of the protocols we have in the o&m manual so you are aware of how those duties are defined. That way we know it will be covered. I can send that out officially. Are you okay with Shawn, Darren and Rich doing the rounds? As DRC, anyone you feel we should not have do the rounds for any reason? I was going to try and talk with the crew this afternoon to make sure that Mondays will be covered for the month and I can let u know who will be doing that. It might be good to have a plan for coverage if for some reason there was an emergency and the person that is supposed to be covering the shift is unable to do so. If you want the Duty person to check in that might be the easiest way to do so. As far as the chlorine room I had sent some tank dimensions to Dianne at Engineered Control Products and she is going to get me some tank prices, I haven’t heard anything yet but I will give her a call. I promise to get this contract going as soon as possible. Ryan do you and Jeff have a plan for ensuring daily rounds get done on the days you guys will both be gone? Or should I go ahead and ask whoever has the duty phone to check in each day? I know everyone is good about coverage, but if we have a “volley ball in the air” situation and miss rounds one day by accident I’m sure I’ll get blamed! Also, last we spoke you were working on a small scope of work to get the Chlorine Room equipment patched up. Do you need help with that?
