It looks like we still have the board here so I can send my tech with it in case that is the problem. I have included it on the estimate. I have a tech I can send out there today if that works. Just need a credit card to schedule the repair. Thanks, Jake Hummel Service Supervisor Cummins Sales and Service 4711 N. We are still having issues with the re-transfer. We did check with PGE and we are within range of utility power around 484 volts, we also had our generator contractor (Bryant Power Services) out this morning and he verified that the power at the transfer switch is in range . Our contractor also went through and calibrated all the cards and we still are having an issue with the re-transfer back to utility power unless we kill the breaker on the generator. Our contractor seems to think there may be an issue with the main board or motherboard. I do know that we did swap a new motherboard in the transfer switch on your second visit but I didn’t seem to fix the issue so they put the old one back in, however on the last visit your tech changed the ribbon and then found intermittent loose connection that had been causing part of the issue. Is it possible that we may still need a new motherboard (mainboard?). Regardless I would still like to have a tech come out and do some more troubleshooting on the transfer switch. Let me know what you think and we will get it on the schedule. There are 3 cards; one is voltage, one is utility, and one is gen. As you can see from the picture the one on the right is your gen card and it is not lit. Mike said if he held it there it would work, but once he let go it would not. So the issue is either the board or the connection. I will check with my parts department and come up with a new estimate to send for your approval. Thanks Jake Hummel Service Supervisor Cummins Sales and Service 4711 N.
