This is actually in the Capital Project Fund but is paid for by a transfer from Water Fund. I kept $35K in the budget so subtract whatever you have done from that and the rest is yours to make it happen. Thanks.

Gerald do we have $3000 left in Water Capital Improvements I could finish the electrical on the gate at the wtp? Or did you balance by reducing this line item. 106-601-5-40-1000 show $24077.77/$65,729 remaining. I did not warn you about this because there was no open PO in the system when we looked at open encumberances. I expect this is okay to do, and would be nice not to drag the fence project into next year.

I was thinking it would go under the original fence installation PO #1027 but I see that it was closed so I’m thinking I may need to call the electrician and re schedule in a few weeks. I don’t think it will hurt to finish the work next month as long as your fine with it.

Good question. We figured the transfer resolution based on Open Pos. I don’t see an Open PO for an electrician to work at the water plant, am I missing it?

Thanks,

Andy,

Are we still ok to have the electrician install conduit and wire for the gate opener this budget season or do we need to wait until after July 1? He is scheduled to be here Thursday. If not I can give him a call to come back next month.
