Please see the attached quotation for the building improvements at the Treatment Plant. I spoke with Heather a few weeks ago and we have about $28,000 in our building maintenance budget. The quotation includes repair and removal of moldy / damaged drywall in the chemical room and install drywall and FRP, repair of the restroom drywall, new cabinet, and replace light fixture, and the removal and install of new stainless steel countertops and sink in the lab. Let me know if you want me to send a PO request.
