Andy,
If you power down and pull out the processor is there an EEPROM installed on the PLC? The 340 series has that as an option.
If so that EEPROM might have the program on it to load to the new PLC.
Please let me know if this is there.

Here are your photos Mr. Johnson. The problem here is the DL340. Neither I or Automations Direct technicians can make it respond. Everything else appears to be fine. I have a new PLC and power supply on order, should be here Thursday. I just need the program (.PRJ file) which I can’t harvest off this PLC on account of it not responding! A lesson for us in Source Control ☹
I’m happy to sign any NDAs you may need to make this machine limp until our new plant can be installed, which Westech is working on now with Dyer Partnerships. Unfortunately I’m at the end of my rope if I can’t get this program from you.
