Thanks Christie.

Andy – If we get the certified letter back for refusal to sign for it, then shut off the customer and place a door hanger. You are OK to do it while I’m out next week since this individual has had enough time to get their backflow tested or at least contact us in the interim. Thanks.

Dan - This is the last customer who is refusing to comply with our backflow requirements and notifications going back to last summer.

I just checked the tracking number.

The Post Office is still attempting to deliver it. After three attempts, the PO will send it back to us. It could simply be their refusal to pick it up…

Hi Christie,

Did we get a signed notification back on this one from Steve Lavigne? We sent the letters out via certified.

Andy,

If we did get a notification back and Jeff hasn’t heard from them then let Finance know and have them locked off. The guys will need to post a door hanger to contact you or Jeff. Thanks.

Subject: Backflow

Gerald,

So far I have one remaining residence, 983 Harvey Ln., that hasn’t completed a backflow test or made an appointment to complete the test. The other two that we sent certified letters to are now good to go. 4pm today is the final deadline, so I’ll let you know if I hear from them prior to that.

Thanks,

Jeff
