FYI: I spoke to this gentleman on last Wednesday or Thursday- Ryan and I went and located his backflow device for him. I also told him we’d give him time to get the device tested and we weren’t going to shut off his water on the 15^th (obviously since its now the 18^th and he still has water).

Also, this is the only message since then I have received with the exception of a few hang-ups calls.
