Gerald,
We had some discussion on this with Jennifer last summer. I believe the final outcome was that the Drinking water plant wasn’t a high enough electrical user to benefit from this however I was told that the Wastewater plant was and they had entered into some kind of agreement. This is what I was told by Jennifer but things may have changed. We can talk more on Wednesday also.

Gerald, it was good to meet with you the other day to discuss how our roles intersect, and the future of the City.
You asked me to remind you about PGE’s Energy Partner program before your next staff mtg with water treatment staff.
Energy Partner, with administrator EnerNOC, pays you to reduce a designated amount of load during peak weather. The specific strategy at the treatment plant has already been figured out, and you have EnerNOC’s proposal. So the work is done. We need to test to see how well it works, then you could enroll by December.
Please talk about it with your operators. Then call me (or EnerNOC) for next steps.
Have a good Friday,
