Attachments: image001.jpg; Thanks Ryan. We will pay the revised amount when it comes in. My only side comment between you and me is if they have had this problem in the future, given the age of the facility, wouldn’t they look for that when bidding and constructing the project? Just a thought. But it is cool, no problem. I will cc: accounts receivable and let the know you are going to deduct $846.00 from your bill. I mailed it today. I got back the estimate from Cherry City for the repair of the conduit and wiring damages caused by the screws used for the roof install. We would be willing to split the difference in these repairs with you at $846.00 ($1692.26 total). If this sounds like a reasonable outcome then let me know and we can adjust the final payment accordingly.
