Subject: Final Notices For Backflow Test Sent Certified

Hi Jeff,

Attached is a copy of the letters we sent out today via certified mail. These individuals will have until 4:00 PM on Dec 15^th to contact you about their schedule for backflow testing compliance or to provide you with an approved backflow test. If they fail to do so by 4:00 PM on Dec 15^th then I need you to contact me with a list of names so I can issue a shut off notice to Dennis and Adam. They will be shut off the following morning during normal business hours and will not be turned back on until:

1. They provide the City with a certified backflow test that has passed (a schedule will not meet compliance requirements); and

2. They pay the standard fine for shut off; and

3. They pay fees equal to 4 hours of your time to provide the two letters and two door hangers along with 1 hour of my time to prepare and send out the Final Notice letter.

Thanks for all of your hard work getting the many others to comply with our requirements.
