Ryan,

This is the second to last step in securing permanently our rights to draw from the Molalla River. Have to wait 60 days and if no petition is filed then it is final and we will get a final copy. See attached. Once it is final then we will move Trout Creek to the Molalla Certificate and that will close the loop. We will still have to monitor Trout Creek going forward until I can figure out a way to be released from that requirement.
