Gerald,

Here are the letters for the remaining three addresses that I have not heard back from- 632 Anne, 1413 Homestead and 1027 Meadowlawn. According to Chelsi these addresses are all currently active. I did not give an actual date of shut off on there, I just told each one to contact the WTP immediately. I figure if they get the letter and we don’t hear from them in a week then that should be sufficient to assume they have ignored us again and then we can shut them off.
