Once I receive his PIR I will move forward on deciding if an estimate will be warranted. Thanks, Sadie

Hi Dan,

I think this is the guy who stopped in today and was requesting information on a hand shake deal from the past for free water from the City of Molalla in exchange for an easement for a waterline or a reservoir. Sadie is having him fill out a records request for information on what was approved. If there is not something in a signed agreement, recorded agreement, or consideration for easement then I am not sure how we can legally give him free water or serve outside of our corporate limits. Let me know when you have the documents so we make sure that everything is followed properly and according to Hoyle. Thanks.

Regards,

Hi Mr. Fisher,

Chelsi at the Water Department suggested I email you regarding the Sharp property located at 15450 S. Feyrer Pk Rd.

We are currently working on the purchase of this property. We understand from the owner that via the donation of the land for the water reservoirs on the hill above the property that there are water rights that go with the property regarding water. I also have some questions regarding the general route of the water lines since they are likely in need of replacement as some time soon given the materials used back in the 1960s.

I would very much appreciate anything you can tell me about the water supply to this property.

All the best, timothy
