Hi Gerald,
It looks like from the notes on the jobs, the one on Andrian Ct was working fine when the Repairman went out to check on it, the one on Bear Creek was out due to a bad fuse and there was a loose fuse at the Doug Fir light.

Do we know why these lights were out? They are only a couple of years old and built as part of the Bear Creek Subdivision and Twin Meadows Subdivision.
