Hi Heather,

Mitch isn’t sure if this was done. Can you verify that the info below was input into his account and that he received the credit for his impervious surface? Training opp for Ginger maybe. Thanks.

Looks good Gerald, I have made the adjustment to the impervious surface and made a billing adjustment for the $85.49.

K, so his new impervious surface would be 282,229 SF and his credit would be 35,284/2,980 * $3.61 * 2 months = $85.49 if I calculated that correctly. Chelsi, please check my math. Thanks.

Chaunee/Chelsi - what do you currently have as his impervious surface so I can see if it is different from what I have?

Dan and Chaunee,

Mitch’s billing did not get addressed. Can you please update the impervious surface and then he needs to be credited the difference going back to January 01. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.

Dan,

We need to remove 35,284 SF from MRM’s impervious surface calculation on their bill. See attached report and remove the areas from your GIS calculations because all of the water from this area infiltrates in compliance with our new stormwater fee resolution.

These pages are extracted from our approved DEQ storm water plan. There’s a map of our property divided into zones, with a legend describing what’s going on in each with regards to storm water runoff. You’ll see on zones DA-02, 03, 05 and 05 all are off storm water contribution and do not contribute to SW Outflow; 02 because we treat and discharge into the ground bio-swale; the others are contained on our property and between ground infiltration or evaporation it dissipates. The so-called public street catchbasins have be closed off until we re-route them to our detention pond; at which time they will contribute to outflow.
