Gerald

I’m finally getting the time to look into this matter, sorry I’ve just had too many irons in the fire – you know well what that’s like huh?

The total square footage the City has listed of 282,299 is so far out of whack it’s ridiculous. That equates to 6.48 acres, and there’s no freaking way that’s even close to accurate.

I looked back on my storm water plan, and discovered that there are a few inaccuracies through the narrative, map and table of drainage areas described. They are all close, but don’t line up like they should. 3.9 to 4.5 acres though should be a lot closer to reality – not 6.48. I’m going to have my consultant do some tune up to these figures.

$341 for use of 500 ft of storm line that we installed and upgraded during the street improvement is absolutely out of line Gerald. I appreciate what you’ve done to this point; got a ways to go though.

How in the world does your man end up with that figure? I see he looked at MRM’s SWP to determine the areas that should be omitted, but he didn’t pay any attention to the rest of it. It’s not clear what it should be, but it’s between 3.9 and 4.5 that’s for sure.

Hi Mitch,

We’ve confirmed that your impervious surface calculation was updated and you received the credit to your account. I am going to close the stormwater portion for the DEQ covered impervious area. Thanks.

Hi Heather,

Mitch isn’t sure if this was done. Can you verify that the info below was input into his account and that he received the credit for his impervious surface? Training opp for Ginger maybe. Thanks.

Looks good Gerald, I have made the adjustment to the impervious surface and made a billing adjustment for the $85.49.

K, so his new impervious surface would be 282,229 SF and his credit would be 35,284/2,980 * $3.61 * 2 months = $85.49 if I calculated that correctly. Chelsi, please check my math. Thanks.

Chaunee/Chelsi - what do you currently have as his impervious surface so I can see if it is different from what I have?
