Tracy and Gerald,

Per my visit this morning, attached are my recommendations for adjustment to the impervious surface at IXL.

The grassy areas I missed along the east side (green) clearly should be excluded. My recommendations also include non-compacted gravel in fenced areas (blue hatch) and along the exterior (light orange). There is a second egress (darker orange) that is required but not in common use and the gravel is not compacted.

In total, these adjustments would exclude 6432 sqft from the two properties.

The grassy area along the west fenceline was excluded from our initial calculations.

When we’re in agreement about these adjustments I will send them to finance for credits and billing going forward.
