Importance: Normal
Good Morning Andy and Gerald,
I am writing again asking that the ditch please be cleared of all the debris so that the rain can drain. With this rain, it WILL cause flooding on this street and cause unnecessary expenses to these families who live on the lower slope of the road.
Andy, thank you for the work order number of #428, would you please follow up and let me know when this will be scheduled.

Hi Nicole thanks for the email. I have a work order in the hopper now to take a look. I’m not sure how it was missed the first time you called! If you have further questions in the coming weeks you can reference Work Order #4284 next time you speak with someone at City Hall. We’ll try to get out by the end of November. Looks like I’m getting lucky with the dry weather this year!
Respectfully,
Andy Peters

Subject: Ditch Mowing
Good Afternoon Andy,
I am sorry to keep asking about when the ditch will be mowed on our street. After 19 years of living here I have seen what happens when it is not cleared of the vegetation and it leads to flooding.
I called the office the week of October 22nd and the office gal kindly told me that it was on the schedule for October 31st.
As of today, it has still not been mowed. We really do not want to spray it with any roundup or such since it is not what we want in our water either.
Can you please let me know when it will be rescheduled.
Thank you for understanding,
Nicole Watson
